Sunday Nights Lost to Lesson Plans
Ready CBE-mapped lessons. A week planned in about twenty minutes.
Ready-Made CBE Lessons for Teachers, a Digital Library for Learners and Weekly Progress for Parents

Why Keybaki
Keybaki Takes the Busywork Out of the School Week
Ready CBE-mapped lessons. A week planned in about twenty minutes.
One Sunday briefing naming the weakest strand, and what to do next.
A study queue built from your own CEA results, weak strands first.
Adaptive learning loop
Every Subject Follows the Same Four-Step Loop, Built Around Each Learner’s Gaps
01 · Learn
Theory for the sub-strand, written for its grade: the explanation, worked examples and the vocabulary a learner needs first.
02 · Do
Practice built for what was just taught: questions, investigations and practicals that turn reading into a skill.
03 · Prove
A competency assessment closes the sub-strand and scores the competency itself: where the learner is strong and how wide the gap is.
04 · Adapt
The result routes the learner back into the library, ranking the lessons and activities that will move the weak competency most.
Every CEA shapes what comes next. A weak competency becomes the next lesson, not a line in a report nobody reads.
Who it’s for
One Account for Parents, Teachers and Learners, on Any Device
One quiet weekly briefing names the strand your child is weakest in, and queues a 30-minute Saturday review against it.
Assign ready CBE-aligned lessons and their activities, place them on the timetable, and see which strands the class is weakest on.
Tap one button. Keybaki picks the three strands you’re shakiest in, queues the lessons that fix them, and ends with a 10-minute CEA.
Filter by subject, grade, strand or resource type. Bookmark anything you might use this term; it travels with you between schools.
Notes, a worked video, an activity and a CEA, all mapped to the same sub-strand, in one plan.
Get a reminder before the period starts, then present to a projector, a tablet or a phone.

Keybaki reads your latest CEAs and picks the three sub-strands you’re shakiest in. No scrolling, no guessing where to start.
The lessons and activities that close those exact gaps, lined up in order. Work down it on the family phone, offline once loaded.
A short CEA scores the competency, not a percentage. Watch weak strands shrink week over week.

One parent account carries up to three children, each with their own PIN. No email for them, no exposed parent login.
Not a WhatsApp scroll. A short weekly note naming the one strand your child is weakest in, and what changed.
Queue a 30-minute review against that strand and unlock premium subjects with a KES 10 token a day. No card on file.

Continuous Evaluation Assessments
Fresh, Randomised Questions Every Time, From One Sub-Strand to a Whole Subject
01
Just finished a sub-strand? Test it the same evening it was taught.
02
A wider spread across every sub-strand, so the weak part shows instead of a guess.
03
Every strand sampled at random. The recommendation engine reads it to pick what to study next.
04
Work the whole Grade 7–9 syllabus through CEAs and revise the weak strands first.
